Since joining here as Administrative Assistant in January 2005, my career has developed massively. I was appointed HR Administrator in January 2007, and then HR Coordinator in August 2007. I have been supported to gain my Certificate in Personnel Practice and an NVQ Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques. My role is to enhance the candidate journey, right from applying for a position up to starting with us.
The thing I love most is the autonomy to be involved in the wider businesses, and that if you can improve something, you can do it!
