As a Manager what I look for in our Team Members is mainly about personality and communication skills because having interaction with customers is very important. Seeing if you’re bubbly, smiley and are able to offer great customer service. You need to be prepared and ready for when you start work in a centre. But don’t be scared of being new, our teams are all very welcoming. They’ve all been in your position before and know what it can feel like. It can be very busy in a centre but we make sure you have the right training to help you and you’ll be shadowed by a Team Leader over your first few days.
