It is 100% different here. In other places I’ve worked there’s always been fallings out between Front of House and the Kitchen but here everyone is so nice to each other. We just talk out any problems there might be and we sort it out. It helped that we all met at the interview I think. Me and the other chefs get on so well and we help each other out in the kitchen. There’s no hierarchy in our positions, we just get along as friends. It’s really nice.
